2.
001   CPL 570.32 00 EF  (Note: N.Y. CPL 570.32 Code, Charges, Why I was Arrested, see above)

3.  3,204 Days from crime date (Note: Being arrested for a Crime that took place, Approximately 8 to 9 years
ago)

4.  Crime Date 01/24/00  (Note: Saying this is the date I was arrested by the police with an Issued
(Warrant)

5.  First Appearance 01/31/00  (Note: I must of spent a week in jail after the Arrest on 01/24/00 before I made
my first court appearance at the 1st District Court in Central Islip N.Y. Room D11A (Arraignment Room)

6.  NOT Arraigned  (Note: Not Arraigned, Dismissed by Judge FILIBERTO)

7.  No Bail On File  (Note: No Bail on File, saying I must of been set Free)

8.  Appearances 2   (Note: This says I had (2) court appearances, I'm guessing the other Appearance was on
02/03/00 like it says in the court document, Room D11A (Arraignment Room)

9.  Sealed 160.50 CPL on 02/03/00 (Note: I'm guessing after Appearance number (2) this case was Sealed to
cover up this (Fake Arrest) to hide it from prying eyes.

N.Y. CPL. LAW § 570.34 : NY Code - Section 570.34: Arrest of accused (Without Warrant) therefor

without a warrant, upon reasonable information that the accused stands charged in the courts of another

arrested the accused must be taken before a local criminal court with all practicable speed and complaint
must be made against him under oath setting forth the ground for the arrest as in the preceding section;
and, thereafter, his answers shall be heard as if he had been arrested on a warrant.

3.
001   CPL 570.34 00 EF  (Note: Reason for Arrest, See above N.Y. CPL 570.34 Code)

2.  3,195 Days from crime date (note: claiming the original crime date that took place, Approximately 8 to 9
years ago)  (Question ?, Why does Court No, 2000SU003682 above, date 01/24/00 have 3,204 Days from crime
date, and this one on 02/02/00 have 3,195 days when the crime took place, the math doesn't add up?

4.  Crime Date 02/02/00  (Note: This is the Date I was Truly  Arrested with
(Out Warrant) in my parents home
by Detective Anthony Scaduto and spent the night at the Suffolk County 2nd Precinct in Huntington N.Y.
before I was taken to Court on 02/03/00)

5.  First Appearance 02/03/00 (Note: First Appearance at the 1st District Court in Central Islip N.Y.
Room D11A (Arraignment Room)

7.  Appearances (1)   (Note: This says I had (1) court appearances, Room D11A (Arraignment Room)

6.  Arraigned  (Note: Saying I was Arraigned by Judge GENCHI, denied Bail, I was taken to the Riverhead Jail
for the next several days after that Court Appearance)

8.  Remanded  (Note:  Remanded, Taken Back into Custody, I'm guessing the Suffolk County Police / Court is
using the above Court No. 2000SU003682 to make this Arrest look legal and Taken Back into Custody)

9.  No Bail on File  (Note:  Like the Court no. 2000SU003682 above, No Bail on File)

(Note:) The above Docket / Court No.2000SU004542, says I was Denied Bail and Held in Jail until I was
Extradited on 05/01/00

(Note:) I made Bail 1,500 dollars, and hired attorney Eric W. Naiburg, had (3) more Court Appearances under
the same Docket / Court No.2000SU004542 before I was Extradited on my Last Court Appearance on  5/01/00
Question is, Why doesn't Say That In The Document ???
