JANUARY 4, 2000… FIFTH SUFFOLK COUNTY POLICE VISIT

Approximately 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 4, 2000, the doorbell rang at my parent’s 40E Half Hollow Road
home in Dix Hills. My stepfather Ed answered. At the door was now ANTHONY SCEDUTO, NO LONGER A
UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICER, BUT NOW A SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY DETECTIVE. Anthony Sceduto announced
to Ed Snyder that he was NOW IN CHARGE OF THE JOSEPH WAIKSNIS CASE. Ed Snyder advised Detective
Anthony Sceduto that I was shopping with my mother and son. HE HAD NEITHER WARRANT NOR SUBPOENA;
however he handed my stepfather ONE PAGE of a two-page document which was an Arrest Warrant
supposedly signed in 1998 by Elkland Court Judge William Buckingham, SCANNED WITHIN WEBSITE.

NOTE:  It also should be brought out that these Suffolk County, NY Fugitive Detectives, without any court
warrants or subpoena, went to the neighbors' homes, causing great embarrassment to my parents.
Neighbors, not knowing the under the table illegality involved with the Suffolk County Police and
Pennsylvania, obviously were led to believe that a major criminal lived at 40 E. Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills.
These Detectives ALSO ILLEGALLY INVOLVED AND DUPED THE UNIFORMED SUFFOLK COUNTY POLICE,
WHERE THE UNIFORMED POLICE, ACCOMPANYING THESE DETECTIVES, TRESPASSED ONTO PRIVATE
PROPERTY ILLEGALLY SINCE THE DETECTIVES HAD NO WARRANT/SUBPOENA TO LEGALLY TRESPASS.
