JANUARY 6, 2000…DETECTIVE SCEDUTO’S PLOY TO GAIN HOUSE ENTRY

Approximately 9:30 A.M. Suffolk County detective Anthony Sceduto telephoned my parent’s home. My
stepfather, Ed Snyder answered with Sceduto inquiring of Joseph Waiksnis. Ed Snyder then stated that
Joseph Waiksnis mother Veronica Snyder, was present to discuss this matter. Detective Sceduto stated to
Veronica Snyder that he FORGOT TO HAND OVER TO ED SNYDER THE SECOND PAGE OF THE 1998
PENNSYLVANIA ARREST WARRANT SIGNED BY ELKLAND COURT JUDGE WILLIAM BUCKINGHAM. HE STATED
TO VERONICA SNYDER THAT HE WANTED TO STOP AT OUR DIX HILLS HOME TO PRESENT THIS SECOND PAGE
TO HER IN PERSON…”to discuss the details”. He advised Veronica Snyder that he would be passing through
her area within a short period and that he had to HAND THIS PAPER TO HER PERSONALLY. Veronica Snyder
advised that he should leave the copy in the curbside mailbox 250 feet from the house. Detective Anthony
Sceduto reiterated once more that he HAD TO PERSONALLY HAND THIS TO VERONICA SNYDER AT HER
FRONT DOOR TO EXPLAIN CONTENT, and because of his suspicious story, my mother, Veronica Snyder,
SMELLED 100% DECEPTION AT HIS PLOY TO FORCE OPEN FRONT DOOR TO GAIN ENTRY INTO 40 E. HALF
HOLLOW ROAD, WITHOUT ANY NEW YORK COURT WARRANT NOR SUBPOENA.
